Use and citation

How to quote, link to and cite Israel NOWlej.

Cite a page

Every map, timeline and chart has an ID. Cite it like this: Israel NOWlej (2027), MAP-002, p. 6, israelnowlej.com/map-002. The ID is enough for any later edition. The page number fits the 2027 print edition only.

Cite a glossary entry

Koret, Richard J. Israel NOWlej, NOWlej A-Z, entry name, israelnowlej.com/g/entry-name, accessed date.

Cite news, views and media

Cite the original publisher and link to it. This site only lists and links them.

What you may do

Link freely. Quote short passages with credit. Use a map or chart in a class by linking to it. For print, a website, a film or a product, ask first through the contact page.

Frozen editions

Each edition keeps a frozen copy, for example /2027/map-002, so a citation from the book can be checked against what the book showed.
